Several months ago we resolved to move to the Lehigh Valley from North Carolina to be near our daughter in our retirement years. We knew little about the area and began by going to a few Open Houses to get a sense of things. At one we had the good fortune to meet Diana. She impressed us with her energy and knowledge so we signed her up to be our agent. Between then and now we made a half dozen brief trips to the area to look at houses that Diana suggested. Since we had little idea of the particulars of the area and indeed little sense of how it fit together with our hopes and needs, Diana was the key to understanding our needs and putting us together with what was available. She went above and beyond to help my husband and me find the right home for both our needs and wants. 2020 was a crazy year to try and purchase a home. Houses were going off the market within 24 hours and being sold for higher than their asking price in cash! Even so, Diana was always ready and eager to schedule showings as soon as possible. She also wanted to make sure we didn't get in over our heads as first time home buyers and end up with a home that needed too much work.
